Overview

Pitch

## Problem Most retail traders lose money. On Hyperliquid, $250 controls $10,000 at 40× leverage, but a roughly 1.3% adverse move can trigger liquidation. Prop firms like FTMO and Apex offer a different model where traders pay for simulated accounts with real payouts under the firm’s rules. But upfront fees can misalign incentives, encouraging firms to prioritise acquiring traders over keeping them trading. Each firm also runs its own closed system, making rules, pass rates and payouts difficult to compare across platforms. ## Solution Over is the first trader-owned prop firm on Solana. Instead of a full challenge fee upfront, traders deposit USDC, pick their account size and max loss, and pay a daily rate. The most they can lose is the fees they’ve paid. Every 5 days, profitable traders can request 80% of profit, up to their payout credit and remaining cap. Over earns more the longer traders stay. Our open house lets approved partners launch their own missions on Over, with rules and payouts recorded onchain. Every mission is priced by a reinforcement-learning risk engine trained on live results. ## Market We’re targeting three groups: 1. Prop traders looking for lower upfront costs, configurable challenge rules rules and reliable payouts. 2. Retail perp traders who want to trade at size without putting up substantial personal capital or relying on extreme leverage. 3. Challenge hosts, including funds, perp DEXs, trading communities and independent teams. Any communities and teams can launch their own prop business without building the evaluation and risk infrastructure. ## Use of funds Growth and user acquisition through UGC campaigns, referrals and partnerships 30% Reward reserve to support trader payouts and buffer higher claims 30% Core team across engineering, product, risk research, security and operations 20% Agent and security infrastructure for RL training, adversarial testing, compute, monitoring and independent audits 20%

Risks

  • Reward hacking

Agents find gaps in rule sets faster than anyone can patch them. We stress-test every rule set against adaptive agents before it goes live, and our RL engine keeps repricing it from real trading.

  • Under-collateralized hosts

A host’s payout liabilities could outgrow its collateral. Our risk engine prices each challenge so fees cover expected payouts, and as a backstop, exposure is capped at a multiple of staked collateral.

  • Venue dependence

Prices come from Hyperliquid and Phoenix order books. We use multiple venues per asset and price off the best bid and offer.
